 Size, Fit & Care 

 

Why is the only color selection "Black"?

Under the drop down menu for color, there is only one option - it is "Black." This color denotes the color of the shoe itself and NOT the design. Although, the drop down color selection says "Black", the color will be the color that's in the title of the shoe (For example: Women's Hi-top Sneakers - Pink/White/Black <-- this will be the pink shoe). Please go ahead and select "Black" under the drop down menu. 

Do your sneakers fit true-to-size?

For women WordKicks™ sneakers, they are true-to-size; so women should order their normal shoe size.

For men WordKicks™ sneakers, they are a bit smaller; so men should order a half size up or a whole size up if half sizes are not available. 



How comfortable are WordKicks™ sneakers?

WordKicks™ sneakers are made of a breathable soft cushion insole that is anti-heat and anti-moisture. It has a padded tongue and a durable rubber outsole.

How do I clean WordKicks™ sneakers?

To clean WordKicks™ sneakers, use warm water with dish soap to clean off any dirt spots. It is not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard-to-clean spots, use a soft-bristled brush. 

 

 Payment & Shipping 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times are between 10 - 30 business days and are listed upon checkout.

 

Does the shipping time include the production time?

No. Production time (from the time an order is placed until the time it is shipped) can take up to 10 business days. 

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

At this time, we only offer Standard Shipping.

Will I be able to track my package?

Yes. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email to track your package. If you have multiple items, you may receive multiple emails with different tracking numbers for each item.   

It has been 45 business days and I have not received my items, what should I do?

Please contact us at info@wordkicks.com and title your email "Items Not Arrived for Order #"



 

 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges 

 

Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

Due to the customization of our products, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.  

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to it. Please be sure that you double check your cart before placing the order.

 

 Damaged Items 

 

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

It is not uncommon for packages to arrive in a damaged box. However, please unbox your package to see if your item(s) are indeed damaged AND unusable. Should your item(s) be both damaged AND unusable, please send a picture of the shipping package and a picture of the damaged item(s) to info@wordkicks.com.  

In the subject line of the email, please title it "Damaged Item for Order #"

 

 Incorrect Items 

 

I believe I received the wrong item(s), what should I do?

Although extremely rare, in the event that our printer ships the wrong item to you, please email a picture of the shipping package and a picture of the incorrect item(s) received to info@wordkicks.com.

In the subject line of the email, please title it "Incorrect Item for Order #"
